Id just like to change it up. had same rims for 3 years now, and they'd look good on the GFs ek (which we already started collecting parts for a k24 swap on hers)

Im impressed my clutch held up. ACT 6 puck heavy duty pressure plate. Its not slipping but its going to eventually. Might as well change it out while everythings apart. I was really set on CC stage 4 6 puck sprung, but the torque rating is at 350. Super single is good for 600, twin 800.

Yaaaa, i didnt got with it after all. I dont plan making more then 500, 550 max. so i opted for CC stage 5 single non sprung clutch. So for 300 on the clutch i picked up a skunk2 70mm TB.


Also i tore out the motor today, no pictures. Im stripping it down tommorow so i should have some pictures. Hopefully have the head dismantled and ready to be sent to get cleaned up


Started port matching the 70mm k tuned adapter to the rbc

Been a while. Motor was pulled out, head disasembled and tranny rebuilt.

Meth kit

All new flat supertech valves and keepers



K-tuned 5th gear lock out installed





While removing my motor, i noticed my rear torque mount was a littled Effed up! Thanks Hasport! its getting replaced




I had my manifold and turbo housing ceramic coated






Finished porting my manifold to 70mm



New OEM acura type r shift boot





3rd gear looks good? no? haha



All new



Also installed the LSD, which i forgot to take pictures.


Mtec spring install. was fairly easy




S2k clutch cylinder


Rods/pistons awaiting new bearings and rings




Birthday is around the corner. GF got me some presents




Then i got bored and decided to do some polishing. Did my mounts and turbo housing again







Then i got some more parts



My spare room was filing up, so i had to buy a shelf lol




Finished up my valve cover fittings




My head is at the machine shop getting all new guides pressed in, valves seated, and cleaned. My exaust valve guides were BAD. im suprised i never dropped a valve
