Depending on how modded the evo is I'd be surprised if you can't beat him from a race. At the local track here, most of the evos/stis struggle to break out of the 14s with light mods. I was in the low 13s.

What elevation are you at? 14's in an AWD is a joke in itself. Lol all the Sti/evos around my area are no slower then 12's.

Ya same here. All in the high 400s to low 600s. These guys are doing insurance jobs to pay for their builds. They key their car, get like 5k from the insurance co then paint their car a different color for like 2k then they use the left over money for their build. This one guy in the army did it but never repainted his car. The same dude also stole his own interior but they salvaged his car for that one lol
