Agreed 100%. Nowadays, we only hear the bad and focus on that. Forums have become a place to bad mouth companies, and I'm not one of those people. You should post up any good/bad stories you've had in this section, it's a bit slim.

same problems I see in retail....

one great customer may tell 1-3 of his friends the wonderful service..... but
one mad customer will tell 1-300 of his friends the shitty service
