    Me either but maybe, and I hope this is NOT the case but maybe when I had head ported snd polished they took too much material? None of this makes any sense to me either.

    What I'm saying is that I tried without luck to burp the system, all in vain. So I took it back to shop, they did a leakdown test. Drilled holes in thermostat, used a different tool to burp the system a vacuum hose attached and got all all of the air out yet cat still overheated. So, I am going to blow this car up for real. How frustrating that it's been nothing but trouble. I can't believe it can be that difficult.

    try changing the fans to come on at 180degrees...

    They were set for 195. When I get it back I'll change it.

    I have my single fan set to 195 and in this summer heat once my ect hits 197 it'll cool down to 190 n less than 30 sec..
