    really? well shit... all the mainshaft stuff came off with some wiggling. like it was a 45 sec process for me to take it all apart and another 2 min to put it back on.... could that be an issue? Cant find anything specific about it online

    I'm honestly not 100% sure. I'm pretty positive the service manual says to use a press on the main shaft as well. I can say it is significantly harder to press off the gears from the counter shaft than the main shaft.

    I went through it as well, and i saw it said to use a press for the gears but I didn't find anything about if the gears just came off lol i was excited at first but then started getting concerned about tolerances of the mainshaft
