Vicodins!!! You need oem fuel cage?
Fuel sender
Get me a part number.
I've searched and haven't found one, anyone else?
I use hondapartsunlimited for oem part numbers.
I haven't used them yet, but do you know of a possibility of purchasing just an OEM fuel sender? I have yet to hear of it being able to be purchased separately. Can you look into this and let me know? I just need a stock or stock replacement fuel sender for my 'new' modded cage. Thanks brother!
Man I got no idea what the heck the fuel sender is but here yah go

Its number 4

Yup, this is 4. Supposedly, no one has replaced one yet.. I'm willing to try and see what I can do though. What exactly gets corroded on the sender when e85 is used?
Its the metal from what I hear. But I know B series guys who run straight e85 and had not one problem yet. So maybe we can swap the B series into our cage and see if it works. May take some wiring.
I think the electrical component is what gets corroded. Basically all the sender is, is a float with a needle on the cage. The higher the float the more gas you have. The needle reads based on where its located on its little circuit board type deal majig thingy. Lol
If you guys think theres a way to fuel-proof it or get one that will work, let me know. I have yet to guinea pig something. Granted this is my daily and this can be risky in a way, i'm down to find out. Ill post a pic of my cage tm hopefully
So I've quickly looked up the cages for your civic Si's and stumbled upon this.

It's utilizing the factory fuel level sender and is per 07civicmd's word, ethanol compatible.
That cage will not fix the problem. They are simply saying the cage itself will not corrode in e85. The cage does not replace or change anything about your fuel sender board so it would still corrode with e85.
This is what you need to do: http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/force...o-400-e85.html
Could also see if there is a difference between B series and K series.
Ya it may or may not work by being swapped into our cage and soldering the connections.
Welp it came in 60 feet of nylon braided line!!!! I got rubbed lined clamps and self tapping screws. Since I am a gimp a good friend of mind is coming down to help me install all of this.

That's pretty loose on your fuel line. I have a couple extras I'll ship to you to hold that better if you want.
Nice! Just got most of the stuff I need for my fuel setup, should be joining the fuel return crew soon!
Keep us updated, hope your surgery went well and I think your basketball is regulation size. So thats a hell of a turbo haha
I hate yall lol. Adm_rsx they other ones I got i saw are to big or to small so this is what I got.
Oh I tighten mine up and its not close to touching anythiing but shoot me a link I may grab some and its not to hard to replace a clamp lol.
I got mine from Jegs as well they are also stainless so should hold up a little better than zinc ones here is a link for them from Jeg's

So my fuel rail had a tiny leak so I got this from my bosses for being a great salesman.

^^Nice piece man I wish my rail were a center feed once I upgrade my intake I will probably do that as it would look much better in my bay.
vdubkilla oh its getting capped and using the ends.
Dam I want that center feed
Mark, You should do this...
