    Cant say i agree. I have had mine adjusted since day one. i dont use it to account for the wrong size belt- but rather it helps keep belt tension in higher rpm as the belt really stretches out. Ive walked 2-3 belts right off the boost pulley because the belt loosened up in the top end... And they were within the marks on the tensioner at the beginning of the pull.

    yes its the tts rotrex kit.. from datalogs not much faster than my dc5 Jackson at 7.5psi

    That is tight- some would say too tight. You want the arrow to be in between the boxes. But with the sc- your good. The belt will loosen up pretty quickly.

    Even on my stock belt setup, my tensioner has been past the box for quite a while. I suppose technically I should replace the tensioner, but it works so I don't really care enough to.

    I think the issue with the TTS kit pictured above is that IM, that things has got to be a major restriction.
