Gear-X? Ive been thinking about those, that price is amazing



Why not Albins? they sell just 3-4 and they are better priced than the ppg. Last time I checked it was 1670 for the 3-4 set

Ya jendry who I on here but not much and also on 8thcivic, just replaced his gears with the gear-x drag set. It's priced around $1800 for gears 1-4 and a main shaft. I'm interested in them because only gears 3 and 4 are rated at high hp, I believe 500+, so that's probably part of the reason they are able to cut costs, which is great for turbo guys because we aren't making big power till 3rd and 4th anyway.

Ya and the ratios actually make sense for a street/strip car. Unlike all the mfactory offerings which have really long 1st gears, then super short ratios from there on out....

Ya I could never justify PPG 1-4, but the gear-x stuff I will consider if/when a gear breaks on me.
