    Rear bumper diffusers

So here I am to discuss and go over some diffusers and their purpose and how they can help you get some quicker ET's.

These are the kind I'll be briefly discussing....

They are from www.Lighterfaster.com and I picked them up for $135 shipped not bad for carbon fiber if you ask me.

The advantages of having these on your race/street car are:

    1) Quicker ET's due to less drag (wether it be in drag racing, auto X or road racing)

    2) Helps open your parachute wgen deployed. (All that air that's escaping through your bumper is now being caught by your chute)

    3) Adds a racecar inspired look

    4) Better gas mileage (however slight, its still better.

    5) Being these are carbon fiber/kevlar they are the lightest on the market.

Basically as your traveling down the track or Highway your passing through air, And the air is traveling up into your rear bumper and acts as a parachute/brake. So you can either build sheet metal plates that cover the underside of the car and keep air from going into that area or install these diffusers.

Here they are all done. I have the 2 piece kit because of how my bumper is laid out.

They offer the full length 1 piece in carbon fiber

And they offer the 2 piece in carbon fiber and carbon kevlar.

    I hope you enjoy.

Thanks and yes you could but you'd have to make your cuts as symmetrical as ever. These at least cover up a slip or mistake. No such thing without unless you use a hole saw to be honest.

yeah makes sense and using a hole saw would be the best bet if you want to be cheap but would probably look like shit compared to this lol. i plan on just cutting the lower half of a second bumper off for track purposes lol

Spend the 135 on carbon fiber or 150 on the carbon kevlar and be functional and look good boom best of both worlds and no haggle of a bumper change at the track. Your already planning on doing that for the front Lol
