Also, anyone know how to tell when struts are going/have gone bad?

Struts will leak from the piston and bounce on your Car over each shock. If it "bounces" up and down a couple times it's time to replace.

this after my accident, the passenger side was bent so I checked all 4 and they were all blown. I would not reccommend function and form no matter what kind of deal you get. I got all 4 for 550 new when they retail for 900+. I will be upgrading after this season for sure. Maybe to buddy club RSD's or something better.

Hmm, could you maybe go into a tad more detail as to what you mean by bounces? Do you mean like you feel the bounciness of the spring? What if the ride just feels rather harsh over bumps?

What did you do to check them? Visually look for them leaking?

This is for my daily - 2002 CRV with 143,000 miles, I figured the struts must be close to going bad, they don't last forever, that's just springs right?
