    Well my pressure plate ring was broken in 3 places so I'm thinking if it was causing enough noise for the knock sensor to pick up that a new clutch will fix it. Atleast that's what I'm hoping.

    Makes sense to an extent. Either way, definitely important to replace before moving forward. How did you figure that out? I'm assuming you dropped the tranny

    Yea I tore the car down that day. Been on jack stands for 2 weeks. And my car makes 264ft/lbs. that clutch was a 4 puck race clutch rated for 425ft/lbs. think I went a little over kill. Lol
