Hows the TVS air to water kit coming along?

The project is going well and pretty much working against time with the foundry company to make the molds and start casting the units.
Given the manifold setup, you can run air to air, air to water, and a more efficient larger remote air to water setup if so desired.
The smaller air to water setup will be available later next year as its the least power maker and basically a starter setup.
At this time the following what will be first provided is:
1. Air to Air
2. Uncooled passthru
With the Air to Air, you can automatically run your own custom piping for remote air to water.
Blowers supported:
M62 CT and JR with external bypass
TVS 900, 1320, 1900
Whipple Twin Screw 1.6 and 2.3L
In reality almost any blower.

So the larger air to water kit is just a larger remote fill reservoir or a larger internal core/ reservoir/ heat exchanger/pump etc compared to the basic kit? Curious- will the internal core be a plate type like your CT one or a bottom mount like your JR one?

I see your confusion.
The more efficient will be a larger remote unit something like this as used in turbo cars. This will allow for serious power 400+ HP very safely and allows long term racing like Time attack or track days. Something the small 2" cant do very well without overheating...
The unit that mounts under the manifold is the limited power one. There is just a limited amount of air flow it can offer and will limit power efficiency for high power applications. But will work fine for mild boost lower power. Those limits are yet to be determined... but definitely limited... don't think you will make 500hp with a small core under the manifold reliablywhile track racing...

I see now- so you will basically use your air to air manifold and run the piping to a large air to water intercooler?

Correct. The idea is to make units that take the space of the orinigal OEM air filter boxes. The units out there now are very bulky and hard to fit.

I apologize, but must get to fabrication now... Will check for any questions later. Thanks

It really is a great looking manifold! The design to flow air is on point! Love how it makes the engine bay look!
