You could do something similar to Adams setup. That'll support 600.

e85 is gonna require more pump and more injector than the norm probably a pump in the tank and a pump inline like a 255 or walbro 400 or similar in the tank and a bosch 044 inline would be more than enough to do it .I'm one for over kill though

how many Pumps? 1 pump should do it. Either a 340 or walboro 400

Size of fuel lines? Feed and return?
-8an feed should do you fine. Especially if it's the ballin k tuned rail that's dual feed. - 6 feed should be all you need.

What inline filter? Get a decent sized micron filter. I believe I have a 40 by Phoenix And just change em every so often to keep the injectors clear. They are cheap enough to do that.

Surge tank? If have yall one:

If your doing autoX or lots of full throttle turns yes. If not I wouldn't worry about. Surge tank.

The only thing I'll say is I have noticed under hard acceleration or hard deceleration the pumps tend to "lose" fuel this became real obvious with my old set up that had the 255 and the 044 as the 044 would scream when I was on the brakes at the big end of the track .I also use to lose fuel under hard acceleration if I were below 1/2 tank .I did the surge tank to be certain. Hell now I can make a full pull or mash the brakes at 140+ and never lose fuel but like Adam stated that set posted will probably work fine for you .
