Raizo777's Kraftwerks Supercharged '09 Civic Si Build

Bought the car in May of 2012. I was telling myself I was gonna stay stock lower it and throw some wheels on it. Well, I got pulled back into the game. lol 1 month later I started buying stuff and decided to Boost this bitch! lol

Started off with this. Bought it all stock. Added an AEM Intake and lowered it on Tein H-Tech's. Then, I just went crazy. lol

Fuzion777 Kraftwerks Powered Civic Si on Import DPS Dynojet - YouTube

Tuned w/ low revving because of the new motor. Did 378whp 238tq w/ stock cams. I have to get an updated Dyno session and Retune with the Drag Cartel 2.2 Cams

Found out why my motors kept blowing. Bad Valve Cover. It was sandblasted incorrectly. It was FULL of sand. That's why my 1st cylinder kept going and blowing my bottom ends. Back to my stock for now till I get my wrinkle black oem done. I also changed my intake to red. Not sure if I like it. I may go back to the original look. All wrinkle black.

    New Valve cover

Modulo Spoiler is ready for install.

Modulo Spoiler on with a fresh painted bumper and side skirts. 3/2/13

This car has been through 3 motors in 3 weeks. I'm finally on my last one and it's running strong. The reason the others blew was because the sandblaster who did the wrinkle black valve cover left a huge chunk of sand under the bezel and it was going straight into my first cylinder. smh My Builder at 4130 Performance and Fabrication decided to take the wrinkle black valve apart because he was wanted to know exactly why the 1st cylinder kept frying and found all that sand in there. I finally bought a JDM Red Valve Cover and it was smooth sailing from there. Thank God!

    Empty Bay

Here's some pics of the damage and the new/last bottom end.

Last Bottom and FINAL one. lol

Just finished redoing the underside of my hide. Much cleaner! I have more mods but the decals are just a little too big. Gotta get them done a little smaller.

Sub'd for more. I like the red vc with wrinkle black intake, its similar to my intercooler pipes as I also have the type r valve cover. That sucks you went through so many motors for something stupid like that! Is the current motor all stock other than cams?

Yeah, man! Everyone thought I couldn't drive. lol Thanks! I like the Red a lot better than the wrinkle black valve cover. It just stands out better. Yup, the current motor is all stock except for the Cams, Springs and Retainers. I plan on building the bottom after I do the front and rear conversion with more aggressive wheels. I'm looking into painting the car a different color, as well. I'm keeping the engine bay red, though. We'll see....

Props for your build. Sorry to hear about your engine. Would you know how much sand was left in your engine?
