Second Gear is a weak link

Yea that's definitely a part of it. I remember back in the day, Ainokea Si posted a pic of his tranny when open but together, and you could see the difference. Wasn't substantial, but noticeable.

Ok, I have a spare set of gears on my bench downstairs when I get around to it I'll measure them with my micrometer and see what the differences are and post it up.
