Handled very well. People tend to forget to look at other sides of a situation, and the marketplace rules are there to protect everyone. Its like car insurance, you pay monthly/every 6 months/yearly/whatever to ensure that your car is insured if an accident would occur. Its all appreciated when you need it, unless you have some cut-rate policy. () But in all seriousness, its vital that we remember these things and abide by them. After all, they are made for a reason.
