    UKDM EP3 turbo

    Been lurking on here for a while stealing you wisdom so thought I'd take some time to make one of these threads.

    Got the car bone stock in 2010 as a go between for getting an Evo once I could afford the insurance.



    All those good intentions washed away when I found a JRSC at a good price so fitted that and was happy for some time.

    So after a while realising jrsc civic wasn't that fast compared to more modern hot matches that could make similar power with just a £500 remap, jrsc was ditched and I went on the road to getting a turbo fitted.

    Excuse the state of the bay, this was an excercise in just get the thing running, tidy up later

    Dyno graph, shows 413hp at fly. Did make more, but sensibilities pegged it back a little

    Full spec list coming up.

    Have since fitted yoko AD08 tyres, sort of semi slicks but hey actually work day to day. The surface there doesn't help tbh, it's awful grip wise and bumpy so keeps upsetting the suspension.

    2.5" cooler pipes
    Shitty eBay intercooler
    3" turbo back exhaust with 2 silencers
    50mm VTA screamer pipe

    Gearbox:
    Mfactory LSD
    Syncrotech syncros
    Syncrotech hardened hubs
    TSX 6th gear

    Chassis mods:
    Bilstein b8 shocks
    Super pro bushes
    Eibach springs
    17x7.5" asuka wk17 alloys

    BUddy club roll centre adjusters

    Hand Ported head

    255 lift pump
    1.5l surge tank with internal aem 380lph pump
    An8 feed
    An6 return
    Ktuned rail
    Ktuned FPR

    Albins 1-4 gear set plus 4.3 FD

    Clutch needs some thought yet as dailying a twin plate is a last resort! Trying to find something between a CC stage 4 and a twin plate. Looking into the comp clutch 8090 kits with a larger diameter clutch and fly.

    Nice list! Dailying a twin disc sucks, but sure does the trick! Run a CC stage 5 super single or maybe a clutch masters. I hear lots of success with them.
