Update: changed my brake fluid yesterday to Pennzoil fluid, it exceeds DOT3&4 fluid boiling temps. It was $6 a quart at Walgreens. Okay, let me explain myself:
I was working on my friends 02 gixxer, the rear brake wasn't working. So, I tried to bleed the brakes and fluid barely came out. So, we ordered a rebuild kit for the rear master. Swapped that out, cleaned the gunk out and needed fluid to bleed the caliper. He picked up something random on his way back, he brought a yellow Pennzoil 12 fl.oz super heavy duty that exceeds DOT3&4 boiling temps. So I rebled the rear caliper. BOOM: hard as a rock:thatswhatshesaid:
I thought that fluid was pretty interesting, it also mixes with any other non-silicone based fluid. So I gave it a shot. So far, it's awesome. Did some normal driving and I'm happy so far. Won't be a true fan until I do some real back-to-back high speed braking though. We'll see.
As for the car, I'll be installing my fuel return and intake manifold within a week. I have an insane idea with my turbo that I have yet to see, so I'll keep you all updated on that.
