So since i have a half size radiator and in hot summer days i have been experiencing high ect temps at 60-70 mph when its 85degrees and higher outside, upon lots of research and pulling my hair off, a bulb when off, I realized i needed a radiator duct, so i fabbed one up out of scrap.

So far the test drive proved the drop in temp. More details to emerge!!

I was experiencing 202,204.206 and even 218 today at highway speeds at an ambient temp of high 90s in daytime, i never have had issues in the night time but only nights..

Today after the addition of the radiator duct took a 32 mile drive and there was an incredible 9 degree drop in ect, that too me is an accomplishment

What is the solid thing on the left, that you cut out of? And why do you have to use a half radiator?

So basically rather then letting all the air pass by your rad you made this sheet here and it forces the air to go through the rad vs through the empty space beside it?

Yes. The empty space on the left was allowing too much air in flooding the bay with hot air causing the rise in temp fast.

Looks like a great care package! Do I see a windshield decal? You should post a 'windshield decal club' thread when you take more awesome pics after you install it lol. Shotty member number 1 tho!

    Congrats man
