    Ya that's what it looks like. I'm not sure why any thoughts as to what I could do? It was on quite tight and tial says you only need 7 ft/lbs to get a seal with those clamps, which is nothing.

    yea i tightened mine to 10lbs tq and till now no leak, hmmmm maybe the flange is warped and its not creating a full round seal, thats a thought

    It's a possibility. Any way to test that with the manifold still on the car? And there is no way I can get a torque wrench in where I am working, my 1/4'' wrench barely fits, but I am quite positive I have torqued it past 10 ft/lbs as that also is not much torque at all.

    Testing it on the car i dont think itll be a possibility sorry, and i know man your car is PITA to work on, i installed a greddy turbo kit once on a fa5, never will i again.

    LOL the greddy kit is kinda easier. Its top mount so you can do it without lowering subframe. This type of setup not so much! lol O well. I'm going to clean the mating surfaces as best I can and hope that works, if it still creeps I guess next thing is to have that flange tested....
