I know my first time down the track I couldn't stop the crazy wheel spin and hop. Too much adrenaline. I bet my times would have been better had i feathered the pedal.
Sent from my iPhone 6 plus, she's a heffer.
I appreciate it brother. It was a noob mistake that broke it but such as life. I already installed a new AutoZone axle and have ordered a spare for each side. I much rather break an axle than something in the trans again. Soon as it is finally tuned she'll run like a champ.
I'd love for companies to send me parts to test out. Lol I'm not sure how to promote myself to get started though.

Sunday morning, bright and early my brother in-law picked up the trailer and we headed for the gates.

This was the line to get in

Once we were paid up we went and set up shop in the pits like a real team this time lol
We had a grill, bacon, sausage, burgers and dogs. Sodas, waters and redbulls. Lol
I got the tires changed and headed to tech in.
Found out my belts were past date but he said get them taken care of for next time.
But he got me all tech'd in and I headed back to my pit.
Classes were called to the staging lanes so we suited up and got in line.
My class was limited to 62mm turbo, with full interior. No cutting got weight reduction, No lexan ect.
I did not plan to last long in that class but heads up racing anything can happen.
My class comes up and my first race is a turbo eg hatch back.... Great lol
I get in the water box and light the tires up. Did a real crappy burnout. But I wasn't about to do another.
So I courtesy stage (1 light up) and wait for the eg. He double bulbs and that's what I wanted. That gives me the control to stage when I want within a few seconds time. And I control the tree pretty much. I lit up my second bulb and smacked the throttle. 6500rpm launch. Because of my horrible burnout and my high tire pressure (didn't want to break)
I cut a 1.96 60ft. (Horrible, I know) shoot me.
But once I got it together she pulled right along and felt like it was booking.
I was just waiting for the civic to come screaming by me like I was sitting still but I never saw him. After the run I look behind and see him there and I was beyond excited.
Came through the traps with an 11.90 @124.36mph.
That was a personal best for me and the car. It hadn't been 11's since 2010.
I was and still am very excited for the mph the car put up. It felt amazing and the trans was butter the whole race. #pftsracing!
My second race was against a brand spankin new Porsche 911 turbo S. A solid 10.60 car. He did his burnout and staged immediately. I followed suit but he slept hardcore on the tree. I spun bad because I was our of the groove and still pulled an 12.0 @117mph. Hitting lean cut in 3rd. He ran an 11.3 but because he slept so hard he got beat.
That finalized qualifications....
Then round 1 elims came up. As I pulled into the staging lanes Cliff Wallace (IFO man) told me the Porsche was my pony.
Get the to tree and he slept again but nowhere near as bad. I spun again and ran a 12.199 @117 hitting lean cut again in 3rd gear. He ran an 11.1 @128
So that there ended my IFO experience but with the mph the car ran and the fact I made 3 passes and broke nothing was the real MVP.
Onto the pics and videos...

Hell yea bro proud of u. One day I want to experience that.
Hopefully one day.

Well its been a long journey trying to pioneer my way into a 10sec supercharged pass. I'm sure its possible but I've grown bored. Ive gone through three blowers, three built motors and one stock motor, three 2nd gears, and one 3rd gear using my Rotrex. Since then ive had years of down time with the car.
Since then I've built the toughest motor I've ever had, new cooling system, and bought PPG's. Think its time to see what she's really got.
Thanks to those who have hung in there over the years listening to me say "this broke, that broke" time and time again.
Shout out to BoostedK20 for being a great friend and partner along the way. Thanks to all my other friends on here as well.
I've decided to sell the supercharger and go with proven hp per pound of boost. Who knows how long the switch will take but a new build thread is in order.
So in closing one door another must open.
I look forward to the upcoming of the #PFTSRsx
See you all on the other side....
