Ok I have an 07 also but at 75k seems to be fine for me.
Yea I just randomly started getting a whine months ago. Gets annoying, i'll need to change it soon

If you get into knowing with Honda parts what is the same part for differetn cars etc.... Its just Honda's code for their cars/parts. This is a new alternator for the 06-11 Civic SI
