I need to buy a AEM wideband sensor, Hondata 4bar, working with P2R to make the RSX stock IAT boost friendly to make a hold down bracket possibly. I need a dry cell battery and bracket. VSS isn't hooked up. I'm debating on converting it to the 04 style.

As for the wideband sensor. Go to advanced and give them this part number 17018.... It's a bosch unit which is exactly what aem uses except they re-mark then to say aem.

So back to this, So this is what I need to be using instead of the RSX-S one? this is my next piece to purchase and I dont need to be spending twice as much on something that is what i think it is.

Only if you are using an aem wideband. If your using the factory wideband then get the 02-04 rsx-s sensor.
