Valves back?always had them. it was the keepers, one was machined wrong. I got another and its all good to go.
Its been a slow process, and i havent worked on it much. But its been assembled and i was test fitting some push lock fittings on the manifold.
I just need a crank seal and the motor is ready to be put back in. I cannot wait to hear the turbo spool again...

picture isnt up to date. everythings bolted in now and it started on the second try. TDC sensor wasnt plugged in on first try :P it was 1am by this time so i didnt get time to adjust fuel pressure but no vaccum leaks, pures like a kitten, just a little rich (base fuel rpessure was 63)

Looks great, post up a video! As for tuning, you should look into having VitViper from E-Tunez tune your setup on the dyno. He's insane with tuning, best person yet hands down.Originally Posted by boosted_teg

ive heard some good things about him.
i got it out and to the local car show on wednesday. 4 hours to bleed the car, but finally got it. Im very happy with the new radiator and dual fan set up. Last summer id be hitting 205 and best 195. So far i averaged 185 (fans kick on at 188)
