That a proper machined on deck guard?
On oem sleeves? Considering something similar myself, any cooling issues? Heard it bandied about when mentioning by deck guards like
Local machine shop did the machine work and assembly to the specs we asked for. I assembled the head and rest.
Jonezy Its a CNC Werx block. They machine the water passage around the oem sleeves to accept their aluminum block guard. Theres no gaps or tolerances like you'de get from the traditional drop in block guards.
There's A CRAP load of cars running this. I believe the fastest is running low 9s and up in the 800whp area.
On the dyno and idling i have no heating issues. I don't really expect to have any with my fan set up.
I made 580whp and 400trq on oem sleeves (no guard) 87mm bore on a 2.0 litre haha There shouldnt be an issue trying push 700 with my new motor

2013=579whp 406trq @ 24 psi c16
10.87@137mph
2014= 510whp 370trq @ 18psi pump gas
2015= 7xx @ 30psi??
Good to hear. Some companies are offering same thing in UK now and it's very cheap compared to messing about with sleeves etc. definitely worth a look into then!
Thanks for taking the time to answer
