anyone have experience with flat valves standard size? I have a wicked deal on skunk 2 standard size flat valves, which will raise compression .2-.5. My compression right now sites at roughly 9.8, so 10.3 is nothing to be scared of

well, Norris proyoonto has a sale on all supertech valve train, so i picked up a complete set of standard size flat top valves. Now i got a semi built head, minus set of cams. Im going get a mild port job this spring.

Not no PPG but this should solve my 3rd gear grind issue. complete third gear set thanks to Autofair Honda.


I'm running meth because our gas here is 91 octane AT BEST. I dont want to go spend a ton of mponey all the time putting race fuel in every time i go to the track.

I picked up a valve spring compressor the other night. Helped strip down a b series head, and it worked woonders. Next is to pull the motor (if i hada garage) and strip the head.
