Before I got backed into and had the bumper replaced and took off the front plate

And onto the build process .. it was all done on jackstands and no we didn't drop the subframe ... took two of us approx 38hrs to complete the install.

    Teardown

ID1000's ready to drop some fuel!

By friends dog chillin in the RHD Integra conversion (he is a body man hence all the dust)

The RHD integra turned out pretty good

We first set the turbo on the subframe and got it ready then set the manifold in there.

It was a bish holding pressure on the wastegate for sure!

Fabbed and powdercoated a new battery tie down

Tuned by John Kerr at IMW on the pack

    13vs8lbs

Shameless plug for my other cars

I'll post some more pics when I get around to doing a proper photoshoot

I'm not oblivious so yes a set of Albins 1-4 is in the future but first I'm going to address the suspension and brakes.

    Future plans:
    AMR Engineering Coil-overs
    PCI Spherical LCA Bushings
    PCI Side Skirts
    FEEL's Over Fenders
    FEEL's Oil Cap/Radiator Cap
    Oil Pan Baffle
Fuel Return = SRT Pump cage, dual pumps(undecided), AFPR, ect.
Albins Option 2 with TSX 5th, Carbon Synchros, MTEC Spring and 4.76 Albins FD
    Comp Clutch Super Single
    Hondata Traction Control
New set of Wheels probably 17x9.5 with at least 255 rubber if not 275.
PWJDM Carbon Kevlar Cooling plate and Intake Manifold Cover
    VIS Carbon Kevlar Hood
3lb Wastegate spring and 4port boost solenoid.

I also have a K24 bored to 87.5mm with Wiseco 13.7:1 pistons, RSX-s Oil Pump and rods that I bought before I went turbo so I might swap those slugs out for some 10:1's and crank up the boost when I install the tranny.

Thanks for taking a look and watch out for some videos in the near future when I return from the desert!

    Peace,
    Tyler

Thanks guys .. yeah she's just a lil GT3076R .. I'm not looking to set any 1/4mile records and I frequent road courses more than drag strips so that was the initial choice for the GT30. Now that I have an S2k I have been focusing on making that the track toy. I have been doing some research on the FP HTA GT3786R ... thing looks like it would spool a K24 quite nicely.

Thanks vdub, I try to not cut corners, it pays of in the long run with reliability I think.

Yeah I live in NC but drove up to PA to do the Install and get tuned by IMW because of their reputation and thats were I grew up, gotta support the hometown shops!

If any mods want to move this to boosted build threads they are more then welcome to.

Wow, how did I miss this?! Great setup, nice cars, and awesome house. Top quality parts on the S2k and the FG2, I'm amazed! Post pics of your garage setup in the garage setup thread! And I'll PM BoostedK20 to make it to the build section. Any more videos?

Thanks everyone! You'd be surprised how much house you can get in NC for a reasonable amount!

Got some updates but nothing installed on the car yet(I'm over in the desert for a few more months)

I was able to pickup a set of AMR Engineering Coilovers with 400/500 Hyperco Springs so I'm excited about that.
I got a Veilside V1 lip for the s2k so I think that'll give it the look I'm going for.

Going to pickup a set of FEELs Overfenders and try and get them to fit on the FG, after talking with someone else that's had them he thinks they should fit without much modification. These should let me run at least 17x9.5's all around and get some rubber planted to the road .. at least 255's and possibly 275's up front.

Tossing around some Albins gear ratios to see which setup I'd benefit from most.
ALBINS Option 1, TSX 5th w/4.76 FD or ALBINS Option 2 w/4.38 FD ... here are the gear calculations based on stock tire size.

    ALBINS Option 1, TSX 5th w/4.76 FD
    ----------------------------------
    1st - 2.93:1 = 45.18 mph
    2nd - 1.7:1 = 77.87 mph
    3rd - 1.19:1 = 111.25 mph
    4th - 0.93:1 = 142.35 mph
    5th - 0.825:1 = 160.47 mph
    6th - 0.659:1 = 200.89 mph
    Final Drive 4.76:1

    ===================================

    ALBINS Option 2 w/4.38 FD
    --------------------------
    1st - 3:1 = 47.96 mph
    2nd - 2:1 = 71.94 mph
    3rd - 1.47:1 = 97.87 mph
    4th - 1.1:1 = 130.79 mph
    5th - 0.921:1 = 156.21 mph
    6th - 0.659:1 = 218.32 mph
    final 4.38:1

Like I said earlier I'm not huge on hitting the drag strip so I think that Option 2 would be great for some road courses and highway pulls. Let me know what your guys take on this is.

That's quite an option, have you ever looked into PPG gears?
