dbw tb 80mm straight bore

I was thinking today and spoke to a machinist who would be able to bore a factory tb to 80mm straight threw.

part would retail for around 400 shipped in the US, which would include a brand new tb. For most rrc's etc you would require an adapter plate, which is readily available and sells for around 100.

this part would work n/a, but really the significance to the market would be boosted cars.

it would be a significant investment to afh to make this happen, I am thinking about making them in 10 tb lots.

is this something you'd want?

the adapter is like $79, This new tb would be a better setup since its bored to a straight 80mm and its $100 cheaper than the TL-S tb out of the box
