    My 2nd build..JOTECH goodness inside

    This is my second turbo build on this car, i got rid of the car for a while but luckily i was able to get it back easily.

    FIRST BUILD-

    TDautowerkes manifold- this thing was a joke, total POS and there customer service is a joke, i could go on and on about them.

    Roberts imports charge piping

    Roberts imports down pipe and dumptube/3inch turbo back.

    PTE 6076 turbo

    tial MVS 44mm

    ID1000CC injectors/walbro 255/crushed FPR

    PTE 650hp intercooler

    custom fuel rail dampner.

    tuned by mike soxfan143 formerly from e-tunez

    460whp/320wtq @ 16psi 92% IDC.

    JOTECH tubular manifold
    PTE 6265 turbo
    JOTECH drag transmission
    JOTECH fuel return system
    CC twin disc clutch
    ID1000s
    VP 109 race fuel
    S2 valve springs and retainers
    RSX-S oil pump
    BOOMBA motor mounts















    Were shooting to make about 530-550 whp... ON THE BONE STOCK BLOCK AND BOTTOM END.. yes i am completely crazy.

    stock blocks holds up to 600hp + Colombia from CMB proved this at NCSRA @ moroso. had a stock block k20 in the 550whp+ range i want to say he had it at 600 whp.

    i sure hope hes tunning your car! Txt me when you go to bring your car down as my offer still remains :eyebrows: for the hr exchange.. i say we go tear up a track for that day

    ill have to see how all that works out. but i do plan to come down there to run some 10s.

    mike is my tuner. but jo hasnt told me wether or not he wants CMB to tune it

    Jo and CMB are hand in hand lol he always suggests it. But if its Mike (Soxfan) your in Good hands too bro that guy knows his SI ish!

    yea, i was going to go down to there last year to get a tune and install the new trans but i ended up getting a tune from mike and holding off on the trans.

    been working closely with jo on doing something crazy with the 8th gen since then.

    Awesome welding by Jo - that's by hand IIRC, right? Jo never fails to do quality work

    the TD manifold doesnt allow for the use of a air filter where as the jotech manifold does.. also a larger turbo can be used with the jo manifold.. they are similar in style but look at the 2 middle runners on the manifolds..

    jotech mani= runners close together.

    tda= runners further apart.

    my TDA manifold made great power.. spooled good..and didnt creep.. the welds just didnt last it was crap.


    as far as being hand welded it is hand welded by Gato who works in conjunction with jotech now.. alot of shops out source to welders for there manifolds and call them there own.

    for example TDautowerkes uses FAB-WORX for alot of stuff but apparently not the 8th gen manifold
