So after placing the manifold on and bolting on my new Hybrid Racing AC/PS delete I wasn't happy with the look of the water pump housing having a big arch on it for the stock tensioner and PS...... So, it had to go!

so I pulled it off and taped up the block


stuck her in the vice



marked a general line I wanted to follow



and went to town!


and finally after a pain in the ass of cutting with a grinder and a saw lol (Thanks for the help Jezo & Timmy)



Now I grinded it down smooth






My good buddy Phil came down to hang out and he filled the pits quick



then I masked it off



hung that beast up and primered it



Then using Krylon Satin Black I painted her up and here's how she turned out

As for the car I also cleaned up the subframe




And put her back up on stands

I also put my rack and pinion back in



Then I drilled out and started placing my brake setup





I'm also redoing both my EPS wiring harness and my fuse box harness with the help of my buddy Chuck
