    Do I smell another DIY?

So tonight I fabed up a bracket for my new adjustable proportioning valve.

For anyone with a work bench if you don't have a dry erase board above it you're missing out!

All great products start with planning

Then after I made my measurements I put them down on cardboard and cut them out

Put it on my prop valve to check

Looks like it should work. So I bought a new sheet of metal

    and traced out my pattern

    cut it out

drilled out the holes and test fitted the first part

now it has plenty of strength but I want a supporting bottom plate too. So all I did was flip my bracket and make an identical second one

one on top of the other nearly PERFECT I about shit myself lol j/k

Now drill that out and test it up!

and now for ease of installation I'm gonna get out the welder

sorry this weld sucked but it didn't need to be pretty

    and now the second nut

and now enjoy the finished product!

I then sanded down all the edges and smoothed everything out. I will have them powdercoated black before installation.

With an adjustable proportioning valve I will be able to control how much power goes to my front and rear brakes. So more control over braking capabilities.
