Ok my friend said the 49cc is what he got and if you get the 150 you need tags and insurance.

What you do is buy the 49cc which is stock and then do an engine swap and don't claim it....

Anything over 50cc I think you need to register.. so do a swap and say the police

In NY you need tags and insurance on any type of scooter. So, here we go!
