Yeah running an aftermarket fuel system, will be routed to the passenger side, and the evap will be deleted. We don't have visual inspection here, they just plug in to our obd port and that's it.

[MENTION=57]Adam[/MENTION]_rsx we have tried everything possible. I have had 3 different people look at it all who work at a shop and so far no one has found the issue. Somewhere ground is getting power and causing the ECU to not power on. With no ECU obviously not fuel pumps, not power no nothing... We tried jumping the main relay to turn on the ECU and it blows fuses.

Ok DE is he same way. My mechanic just mentioned you couldn't go through inspection lane without EVAP but for my last inspection they didn't open hood or look under the car. Passed without a cat no issues.
Stupid questions, but how does a ground get power? and how do you know the ground is getting power?
