Might need to adjust the throttle stopper screw
Adam what intake are you using ?? is it an RBC and if so did you have to modify it / cut it ?? or was it already modified / cut ?? I had a similar issue when I first did my swap a few yrs ago, turned out the guy who I bought my swap from cut the RBC a little to much and it had an air leak causing a high idle .Have you tried spraying anything around the intake manifold mounting area to see if the idle changes any ? It sure sounds like you have an air leak somewhere to me

Damn, i've been slacking with posting. Life hits hard sometimes. Glad everything is back together and the car is running well - mostly. Love the shot with you and Aiden working on the whips! Made me smile, haha.
As for your idle, let's try to diagnose what the issue could be. Have you done a gas test to see if you have a leak anywhere?

No I haven't done any diagnostics yet. I'm slacking. Lol. But not too much though. I went to the track tonight I get a few passes in to see how tuning was going.
1st pass was horrible. I forgot how much the cars exhaust banged the bottom of the car and the car wheel hopped horribly. So I had to let out and I hoped back on it hit 2nd an it pulled nice. WOT shifted to 3rd and the car yanked right hard as shit. Let out, hit it again and it yanked towards the wall again so I coasted through the rest of the 1/4. Went a 16.204 @ 68mph. Hahaha. The track was oil'd down evidentially. A brand new 2013 Shelby cobra almost wrecked the next race after mine.
2nd pass I was more prepared. And they prepped the track. Had to leave like I was at a stop light to keep the wheel hop away but managed to run a 14.0 @ 103. So I went in the computer looked at the log. Decided everything was still cool an that I just needed to shift faster.
3rd pass was the winner. I had a decent launch for the track conditions and wot shifted 2-3 and 3-4 an turned out a 13.8 @ 103mph. So I ha hit my goal for the night I running a 13 sec pass all motor. Which is actually the fastest my rsx ever went while all motor. So FUCKYEA! Lol
I was never so excited to see a 13 sec time slip in my life haha.
