    Varion's Mugen Boost Build

Well I decided to post up my build since it's already pretty much complete. I am boosting with a JDM Sport GT3582 Journal Bearing [switching to BB Precision soon hopefully]. Currently built with a modified AJP Manifold and Downpipe courtesy of Si Speed 317. Parts list below.

Turbo XS RFL Blow off Valve.
Custom 2.5" Black powdercoated charge piping.
CXRacing Onesided intercooler [I forgot the dimensions but same one as Si Speed 317]
    Walbro 255
    ID 1000cc Injectors.
10 PSI External wastegate [forgot the brand name]
2.5" Full DC Sports straight turbo back [3" downpipe to 2.5" piping straight to muffler]
Vacuum block [again forgot name brand]
Modified ebay catch can to breather style
Innovate LC-1 Wideband Gauge. Sunpro boost and Oil pressure gauges [need to upgrade]
    PTFE Oil lines for turbo.

I will add any if i missed them. I still need to add water lines for the turbo if anybody could post pictures of how theirs is setup it would greatly help me out. I've been on a severe budget trying my best to get the pieces I needed to efficiently boost. I still do not have Flashpro or my Stage 4 clutch yet but in process of getting them.

    Pictures below.

This first picture is when I got my first intercooler and tried fitting the piping without cutting and such about 7 months ago. I still laugh when I look at this.

I later ditched the Intercooler and got the one sided one which helped a lot more.

The turbo before I put it in.

Now pictures of the turbo when I was putting it on.

Will be getting more up to date pictures soon enough..

Will get more pics as soon as I can. Mugen's getting new shoes on the rear. I still have to fix up all the body damage but soon enough will be a complete boosted Mugen RR. I modified the downpipe btw to separate the wastegate from it because I had severe fitment issues with it so I had a dumptube welded which worked out perfectly.

It's in my shed, The bumper paint was chipping off really bad and then I ended up having a front end collision with it on =C so it's got minor damage and has half the paint it did.
