Update, after much discussion and analyzing the solution to the problem was to add a hanger on the exhaust about a foot past the flex pipe. This alleviates all the weight from the exhaust on the turbo and downpipe. We will see how this works out.

While down there this week we also noticed that the car is still continuing to leak radiator fluid. We found out where it was coming from. When they reattached the intake manifold they stripped a bolt so it back out and the fluid is coming out of that spot. The problems continue...
