Roger AKA 07CivicMD
We recently retuned Roger's car this week getting ready for Honda Day and the results are as follows:
Pump Gas 19PSI Boost - 615 FWHP
Race Gas 28PSI Boost - 763 FWHP
So with the new found power we decided to go to Maryland International Raceway (The absolute best track I have been to) ..:: Maryland Int'l Raceway* -* Budds Creek, MD* ::.. to test the car and make sure everything is perfect for Honda Day.
The results:
1st Pass - 10.95 @ 141mph (a lot of wheel spin on 1st)
2nd Pass - 11.01 @ 141mph (too much wheel spin out the hole)
3rd Pass - miss shift.
4th Pass - 10.71 @ 142mph (a lot of wheel spin on 1st)
5th Pass - miss shift
6th Pass - 10.84 @ 142mph (a lot of wheel spin on 1st)
Awesome day at the track with some awesome results and the car performed FLAWLESSLY with absolutely ZERO issues.
The car was run with full interior, full weight NOTHING stripped and weighed in at 3040lbs.
I am confident that once we get the suspension worked out and the launch is dialed in this car is capable of VERY LOW 10's
But in any event a BIG CONGRATS to Roger for have the baddest ass 8th Gen Civic Si in the Planet!
FYI here is a quick rundown on the Upgrades in Roger's Car:
-SRT CUT Package Turbo Kit with 6262 turbo and upgraded twin disc clutch and Race Intercooler
-SRT built Engine, with SRT built and ported head
-SRT built trans with Albin's Gears
-SRT Dual Fuel pump system.
That's it!!!!!
