    Improving low down power.

Hi all, I'm trying to make my current turbo setup better. Specifically the lower down end of the scale.

    I use a

    PT5558 .82 JB turbo
    Sidewinder manifold
    2.5" boost pipes
    3" turbo back exhaust
    44mm TIAl gate
And other supporting stuff you get the point.

Once it comes on the turbo boosts awesome, but it seems to be a bit lacking sub 4500rpm,

I'm aware my intercooler is crap as it's an eBay cheapy same side job, but I'm not sure if this would affect low down power. Would a PRC or even RBC inlet help? Not right keen on the cost of an RBC so will likely favour the PRC.

This is one of my old graphs, I have since had boost by gear added and hi/low boost switch. However the bottom half of the graph has stayed the same.

Only ask as I have seen some turbo setups making a good amount more power around the 3-4k RPM mark. Whether that's because the have a better sized turbo or what I'm not sure.

Will get a picture of the intercooler up to show you what I mean too

    Thanks

    Rich
