Mad vibration

For the RSX owners. My dumptube is vibrating off of the mid brace just above the steering column. Did you guys take yours off? It's fraying my heat wrap. Will it be safe to remove that brace?

I wouldn't recommend taking it off. It's a vband right? Is there a way It could be rotated just a bit to allow clearance?
