Fastest/Quickest DOT Tire Street Car Ladder (Forced Induction)

Fastest/Quickest DOT Tire Street Car Ladder (Forced Induction)

To make things a bit more interesting in the Honda Community, with the help of Myles Kerr from English Racing, we’re starting two DOT Tire Ladders. One for the Drag Radial and Bias Ply folks, and one for the R Comp Tire folks, i.e. Toyo R888s. PM or Post your time slip and I’ll add you on the list.

OPEN TO ALL 4CYL MAKES AND MODELS

This list is for fun and bragging rights.

    DOT Tires List Rules

    Chassis
-If it’s street legal, it’s good to go, i.e. tagged, insured, etc.

    Power Plant
-Anything Goes, as long as it’s still street legal and engine/chassis must be same manufacturer i.e. Honda S2000, F20C or F22C, etc.

    Drivetrain
    -FWD/RWD* Only
-Must retain H-Pattern, Straight Cut (Dog Gears) are allowed
    -Aftermarket Axles are allowed
    -*RWD have their own list

    Power Adders
    -Anything Goes

    Exhaust
    -No restrictions on exhaust exit

    Chassis and Suspension
-Full tube chassis prohibited. No center-drive systems. Wheelie bars are prohibited.

    Tires
-Must Be DOT Approved (26.2” Max)

The list is on Honda-Tech but I'm sure we got guys on here who'd like to take a crack at this!

Yea that's fine, any street tire aside from drag radial and bias ply, i'm putting in the R Comp List since that list will be harder to fill.

Here are some slow runs from my first turbo setup, on regular street tires, car 122:

I have 1 other time slip on street tires with my new setup. I'll post that later, need to upload a pic.
