    VTAAKYO's Log manifold/GT2871R build

Well, here it is guys! I started out with a used Greddy kit... but after countless headaches from the previous owner being a hack, and a cracked manifold (surprise, surprise). I ordered up a new manifold and turbo as well some other new goodies. For now I am only running 8lbs off the wastegate making around 312whp, but I will be hooking up my boost control solenoid soon and tuning with BBG up to 9 or 10lbs. That will be plenty for a while I hope... Haha! Let me know what you guys think!

-GT2871R (had to modify wastgate actuator bracket to fit)
-TSI manifold with ceramic coating inside and out
    -Greddy downpipe
    -Greddy intercooler/piping
    -ID 1000cc injectors
    -Walbro 255
    -Crushed FPR
    -Custom 3'' intake
    -T1R test pipe
-Fast turbo oil feed and return w/.035 restrictor in the feed line
    -Greddy Type S BOV
    -Apexi pen style turbo timer
    -IAT relocate after the intercooler
-Port and polished intake manifold done by myself
-Moroso oil catch can setup (Hollowed PCV then the OCC, inline PCV routed into the intake tube going to the turbo.)
-Skunk 2 70mm exhaust (needs upgraded to 3'' soon)
    -Hondata IMG
-Evans tuning boost control solenoid (not hooked up yet)
    -Flashpro
    -AEM Eugo wideband
    -ACT clutch
    -Fidanza flywheel
    -Boomba mounts\
    -5Zigen FN01RC's wrapped in BFG KDW's
-Custom charge pipe right after the turbo with fittings welded for vacuum lines.
-Custom 17-4 SS weighted shift knob
    -Custom I <3 HATERS battery tie-down

I am most likely missing a few things, and will try and add them as I remember...

I only have e-dyno numbers for now.

Cool picture on the wall at Honda of mentor, OH where my buddy works. I had to take a picture with my car in front of it

    The Moroso can...

Installed! Bye Bye windshield washer reservoir... I never used the washer fluid anyway. It was still almost full after almost 2 years of owning the car...

The lovely storage unit where all of the new parts went on this winter. Gotta love no power or heat....

Casting imperfections removed from the TSI manifold

Cleaned up the ports, and flat sanded the gasket surfaces on my granite plate at work. I don't have any pictures after it got coated though.

    A few more pics....

This is before I boosted it, but other than the Front mount, the car looks the same.

Me, welding the Tial BOV flange. I ended up still having problems with the Tial, and I didn't like the sound as well so I put the Type S back on.

Another one, zoomed in a bit.

Not my best weld by any means, but I was kinda rushed trying to beat the rain with my car parked outside my work.

Charge pipe I made that goes right after turbo.

I'm just wondering, did you get this idea from me or Nick (Supa Ninja)? Seems that everyone with the TSI manifold/gt2871R got the idea from us

I got the idea from Nick. Although I was originally going to use my Greddy manifold if it had not cracked.

GReddy mani flows worse than the TSI manifold, believe it or not. Better off with the TSI all around.
