ive had 3 different interviews/auditions for this painting job and they are moving slow as balls. The guy doing the job currently is so slow and gets overspray on everything. Im tired of being patient about it. Hate the waiting game.

Damn, Ive never had it that bad with trying to get hired before. If it's this bad already with just trying to get hired, are you sure you want to work for them?

Yes, the amount of work that goes through this place is insane. They treat there employees really well and there has been a lot of stuff going on lately that have taken the managers away from hiring someone.

Ahhh ok, its just the timing then. Well hopefully soon man! But 3 interviews aint a joke, Im assuming they are very picky on who works for them, which is great!

yeah its a pain in the ass. I had interviews with the assistant manager and head appraiser while the manager was on vacation. Then the next week hadone with the manager, but the assistant manager was on vacation. Then had one with the head painter and body tech. They all said they liked me and wanted me here, but they have been distracted with other stuff thats going on with a couple employees right now.

Place is insane though. 11 dealerships feed the body shop and paint shop. Over a million dollars in revenue goes through the paintt shop alone, per month.
