That's the same thing that happened to me when I exploded my trans. I saw the line of tranny fluid in the road so I knew something was broke. Rolled it in the garage and jacked it up just to see where the fluid was coming from and there was a huge ass hole in the bottom. After seeing that I knew it was fucked, then I lost all motivation and didn't even take another look at the car till 6 months later
