yes my tuner and i have been up and down the rd with this issue and still cant figure it out.
Original sensor on the block was the oem ep3 one, just switched up to the type s one and reading are stupid high,
this morning to work which is a 5 min drive, i logged 258 knock counts.
Now that there is a sign of a faulty sensor or maybe ghost knock count

Now I'd definitely blame that on a faulty sensor. I recently changed mine out due to it not reading at all. It very well could be the forged internals being a bit louder than the cast stuff. Or the motor mounts being stiff enough to vibrate the hell out of the sensor.
