My people look forward to hearing from your people. And add another "fab" somewhere in there and it's a deal.

lmao what i would give to be able to open up a shop with that name and it actually got business lol

Hey Adam, when you assemble the transmission, are there any specialized tools that you need? or could it all be done with an average tool set?

Haha right that would be too funny.

And as far as special tools go I'd say at minimum you need:

    -1ton+ press
-C-Ring pliers to take the top clip off the counter shaft bearing.
    -12& or 14mm Allen socket
    -air compressor
    -1/2" impact gun

And remember the Allen bolt that hold the counter shaft assembled is reverse thread so lefty tighty righty loosey

Need to save that info, transmission is second to next on my list and i would want the know how to dissect and assemble without spending a fortune for someone else doing it. Thanks for the heads up! You should do a DIY transmission dog box assembly

I'll make a diy on separating the 2 halves when I do that in a couple weeks for sure.

There is an excellent transmission tear down DIY on 8th civic, it's what I used to take mine apart it's written by k20z3allmotor who is a great mechanic on these k series, very detailed.

Adam is right about the tools, definitely want those Allen's in impact to use with your gun. I have a 12 ton shop press from harbor freight that does the job, they go for ~$129.
