DIY: Shaving RBC intake manifold
I'm not done yet but a member sent me his RBC and asked if I could shave it for him. Of course I was up for that challenge
Here is what I started with

my weapons of choice, cut off wheel, grinder, sander, 80 grit disc
started with small things like these

then cut down

then sanded smooth

then also did a bunch of misc ones

smooth

the big one I'm working on though is eliminated the sensor ports. Started worth:

started cutting

kept cutting

smoothed it with sand paper to see how it's coming

I'm waiting to weld up the holes but here is my so far end result

I really enjoyed this manifold so if anyone else wants one shaved let me know
