You need boost by gear. And it's not difficult on these setups. I'm doing the same thing.
You need a wastegate. With a 38-91 I do a tial 38-44. And you need a hondata boost solenoid. Weld the wastegate flange to the intercooler piping and hook it to the boost solenoid and to kpro. Essentially what it does it release excess boost pressure to give you our target psi goal. Hope this helps. If not you can find all this info in this very long thread.

Adm_rsx is the man to talk to for this ish. Adam you should post that thread over here as a new thread in the SC section and quote it :thumb:

Thanks "Speed" I just did a whole bunch of reading about it so I knew exactly where to find it lol. thi little hatch is nasty. I can't wait to see what they get out of it when the do boost by gear if they do it. 11.20's is nothing to complain about. That's for damn sure lol. I'll post the thread in the SC section like you suggested. Maybe others will find it an interesting read. The guys made 580whp partially tuned. On the blower I have. So the potential is there for some real power. Again 491 is a helluva number as well.

ahhh.... dual inline fuel pumps. Makes sense now...

Could also be a surge tank so it can take hard corners and not worry about the pumps getting air.

Hey what did you guys do to jump from 385 to 491whp... e85 + retune or added different pulley?

Bumped compression, added cams, e85 and tuning.
