Ok. Here is 3rd, hub, slider, dual cone synchro with lock ring. In the diagram you posted it has the synchro for 4th as well. Not sure why you would need that so its not pictured. Looks to be in good condition to me. No chips on the teeth, no jagged edges on the synchro on the gear.
