Nice! what do you have to do for the recirculation hose? and since my radiator wont have a bung for the fan switch where can you mount one since i dont want the fans to be controlled by the ECT?

Depends which kit you've got. Ktuned block off plate I'd drill and tap a hole. If your going Davies Craig then I recommend to ktuned thermostat housing.

Is it even necessary to have the recirculation hose?

I'm definitely in for one and before end of next session probably a set of bullet proof gears and new syncros. Paint and body is next up after a great set of track coilovers. And...since that three inch pipe hands so low possibly an oval midpipe.

To my knowledge the recirculation hose is there to prevent the head from boiling before the thermostat opens. But with these pumps they flow enough and you don't have a thermostat to cause the issue that you don't need it. Don't quote me unless I'm right.

Don't they have special hoses that have a orifice for the switch?
