I used the CT-e crush tool. And yes it was basically maxed at ~460. I now have a fuel return using the stock fuel rail and it's given me quite a bit more head room.

Yup goes in Sunday! Hopefully everything goes smoothly and there are no issues inside the trans after the reassembly.
Car is back together and running! Goes butter smooth into every gear. I really need to replace my positive battery terminal though...
